Josephine Butler Snell
Josephine Butler Snell, 90, of Rossville, died at Milner Community Health Care on Saturday, November 21, 2009. She was born on March 7, 1919 in Clinton County, IN to parents Earl & Faye Marie (Miller) Bolinger.

She attended schools in Owasco & Rossville and was a lifelong resident of the Rossville area. She worked at Sayco in Flora for 10 years, Globe Valve in Delphi for 17 years and managed the Flora Trailer Park for 3 years. She enjoyed traveling as well as flowers and gardening. She was a member of the Lower Deer Creek Church of the Brethren, life member of the American Legion Auxillary and the VFW Auxillary in Attica, IN.

She married Wayne Butler on September 17, 1938, and he predeceased her having passed away on July 21, 1972. She later married Paul A Snell on December 29,1984, and he survives.

Survivors include her husband, Paul of Rossville, 2 Daughters ¨C Marilyn Dunk of Rossville and Connie Sue Platt (husband Larry) of Streeter, IL, 1 Son ¨C Jerry Butler (wife Deb) of Rossville, 1 Step Daughter ¨C Diana Irmeger (husband Ron) of Rossville, 10 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Parents, 1st Husband Wayne, 1 Brother Glennis Leon Bolinger, 1 Sister Helen Mae Rude, 2 Grandchildren & 1 Son-in-law Bob Dunk.
