Bruce Bryant Welton
Bruce Bryant Welton, 61, of Mulberry, died at Home Hospital on Tuesday, December 15, 2009. He was born on February 14, 1948 in Wilmington, Delaware to parents Dr. Donald E. & Felicia Welton.
Bruce attended schools at West Lafayette High School and later received his GED and attended Indiana Police Academy. He also served in the US Army during Vietnam from 1967 每 1969 in the 9th Infantry Division and received 2 Purple Hearts. He lived in Mulberry since 1991. He worked most of his life in Law Enforcement and Security including Town Marshall in Brook, IN from 1974-1978 and Mulberry from 1991-1995. He also owned a Clark Station in West Lafayette and worked at Disney World. Bruce enjoyed bowling, had two 300 games, fishing, playing poker and gambling at casinos, and playing with Jack, his dog.
He married Pamela Ann Geib on November 24, 1995 in Mulberry, and she survives.
Survivors include his Wife of Mulberry, 4 Siblings 每 Michael (Jeanne) Welton & Laura (Richard) Heupel Lesley Potsch & Christopher Welton, Parent 每 in 每 laws 每 Richard and Mary Ann Geib, Brothers 每 in- laws 每 Marshall (Martha) Geib & Richard G. Geib II, Special Aunt & Uncle 每 Richard and Alice Jean Baker as well as 12 Nieces & Nephews.
