Julia Mae Roudebush 84, of Fortuna CA, died at Redwood Memorial Hospital in Fortuna, CA at 4:10 a.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2010.
She was born in Pyrmont, IN on June 10, 1925 to the late Russell Raymond and Ethel Marie Murphy Reppert. She was a graduate of Rossville High School in Rossville, IN.
Julia married Clinton Arthur Roudebush of Lafayette, IN on June 13, 1944.
She lived most of her life in Indiana.
Julia, known by many as Judy, worked for Brown Rubber and National Homes in IN until retiring 30 years ago. She enjoyed her family, animals and grandchildren.
Julia is survived by two sons, John and his wife Donna of Fortuna, CA and Roger and his wife Kathy of Prosser, WA; a brother Jack Reppert and his wife Charlene of Owasco, IN; four grandchildren, Jennifer Garcia, Clinton Roudebush, Haley Roudebush, Lesley Roudebush and four great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Clinton Arthur Roudebush and son Michael Joe Roudebush; 3 brothers Don, Paul and Robert; 2 sisters Marjorie and Helen.
Goble¡¯s Fortuna Mortuary of Fortuna, CA handled the arrangements along with Bodine Funeral Home of Rossville, IN. A graveside service will be held at the Pyrmont Cemetery at 2:00 p.m. on Good Friday, April 2nd. Pastor John Everett to officiate.
