Wanita M. Enoch
Wanita M. Enoch, 77, of Rossville, IN died at Clarian Arnett Hospital on Monday, March 8, 2010. She was born on April 22, 1932 in Lafayette, IN. to parents Rae S. & Mary E. Hiner Smith.
Wanita was a life resident of the Rossville area and of Rossville since 1954. She graduated from Rossville High School in 1949. She retired from Rossville School Corporation in 1993 after serving as a teachers aid and Librarian for 25 years. She was a former employee of Purdue University as a Clerk in the Service Enteprises Dept. for 10 years. Beginning in 1995 she was employed at the Indianapolis Car Exchange South of Lebanon, IN. She also worked at Village Antiques in Rossville, IN. since 1999.
She was a member of the Rossville United Methodist Church and former Junior Sunday School Superintendant. She was a member and Past Worthy Matron of the Helen Bonebrake Chapter # 437, in Rossville, served as Grand Representative to Ontario, Canada, and served as Deputy of District # 15, O.E.S.
She married Donald E. Enoch on September 24, 1954, and he predeceased her having passed away on March 6, 2002.
Survivors include 2 Sons - Greg A. Enoch & wife Vicki and Craig Enoch & wife Marianne, 2 Grandchildren -Trisha Enoch & Joel Enoch and 2 Sisters ¨C Alberta Marsh & Mary Junetta Crews.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, 1 Son, Brad Enoch & 1 Sister Raetta M. Smith.
