William Frederick Schwartz
William Frederick Schwartz, 75, of Rossville, IN died on Monday, May 31, 2010 at his home in Rossville. He was born on August 22, 1934 in Dayton, IN to parents Walter & Helen (Hoover) Schwartz.
William graduated from Dayton High School and lived & farmed in the Dayton area until 1962 when he moved to a farm near Rossville. He retired from Ross Gear Division of TRW after 20 years as a machine operator. He enjoyed traveling in his motor home, basketball & auto racing, and he was a member of Dayton Masonic Lodge # 103.
He married Shirley Ann Pierson on March 1, 1953 at Dayton Methodist Church, and she survives.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley, Two sons, Bruce W. (wife Kim) Schwartz, Brownsburg and Kenneth F. (wife Melissa) Schwartz, Rossville, one daughter, Phyllis Thompson, Rossville, one brother, Donald (wife Joy) Schwartz, Lafayette, & seven grandchildren, Tanner (wife Andrea) Schwartz, Taylor Schwartz, Torie Schwartz, Mary Schwartz, Ashley Schwartz, Holly Thompson & Steven Thompson
He was preceded in death by three sisters & one brother.
