Marguerite M. Cleaver

MULBERRY — Marguerite M. Cleaver, 87, a life resident of Mulberry, died at 8:42 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2008, at Mulberry Health and Retirement Community
She was born Nov. 26, 1920, in Lafayette, and graduated from Monitor High School in 1939. Her parents were Hillis M. and Eva R. Dills Martin.
On May 2, 1941, she married Roy C. Cleaver in Lafayette. He preceded her in death on April 18, 1985.
Mrs. Cleaver was a homemaker and a member of the Mulberry Mothers Club.
She is survived by two daughters, Connie Leto (husband: Dominic) and Terri Myers (husband: Jon), both of Mulberry. Four grandchildren, Chad Cleaver (wife: Maheen) of Chicago, Nick Leto (wife: Kara) of Quantico, Va., and Eric Myers and Abigail Myers, both of Mulberry, also survive. She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Cleaver, a daughter, Sheryl Ann Cleaver, and a brother, Gerald Martin.
Calling hours 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2008, Bodine Funeral Home, Mulberry. Private family graveside services will be held at a later date. Pastor Craig Overman will officiate. Interment Rest Haven Cemetery, Lafayette. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to the Clinton Prairie School Foundation, 4431 W. St. Rd. 28, Frankfort, IN 46041.
