Christine Reynolds, 88, of Kirklin, IN died on Monday, August 8, 2008 at the Witham Memorial Hospital in Lebanon, IN. She was born on March 5, 1920 in Barren County, KY, and she was the daughter of William & Lela Mae (Cary) Goode.
She married Charles Myers in 1941 and they later divorced; Doyal Cox in 1959 and they later divorced; and Earl Reynolds in 1972 and he predeceased her.
Christine graduated from Mulberry High School in 1938, and she lived most of her life in Clinton County, Indiana. She worked at a restaurant as well as P.R. Mallory’s from which she retired in 1974 after 25 years. She was a member of the O.E.S. and the Moose Lodge Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include daughter, Marcia (husband Eldon) Dunk, of Darlington, IN; One son, Toby (wife Kathy) Cox, of Lacey, WA; Four sisters, Edith Rothenberger, formerly of Mulberry, Lucille Swank of San Antonio, TX, Marie Thomas of South Carolina, and Pat Culbertson of Lafayette; Two brothers, Cecil Goode of Glasgow, KY, and Sam Goode of AZ; seven Grandchildren and fourteen Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by: husband Earl Reynolds; one brother, William Goode; three sons, Ed Myers, Randy Myers, & Gerry Myers.
